TX Business Parks was formed by three childhood friends (Michael Carter, Michael Violi & Richard Townsley) in 2016 and has constructed and leased over 250,000 SF. TX Business Parks focuses on providing affordable office warehouse and industrial flex space in North Texas while providing top notch service to its current and future tenants/owners.
